Usually among the two larger beaches of Balatonfüred, the Kisfaludy and the Esterházy, the former is considered the family beach.

The beach has a 430 meters long shore on the eastern side of Balatonfüred, and offers adventure pools, volleyball, beach football, handball pitches, water sports equipment and even sports races in the main season.

The beach is recommended for disabled visitors as there are separate parking places, a ramp and accessible facilities.

The Kisfalufy has 3 pools with adventure elements for children, free Wi-Fi, beach library, and guarded bicycle parking. The beach is loved by families with children especially as there are countless toys, a separate children's bay, mini slide and the sandy beach.

Next to the beach there is a large, free parking lot for the tourists.

The Kisfaludy Beach won the three star award of the Blue Wave Flag in 2016.
